HOW DOES IT WORK?
The delivery service is free when you spend £40.

• 1. Place your order online
  Add at least £40 worth of items to the basket as normal
• 2. Enter your address
  When at checkout, you will be asked to enter your shipping address. If your postcode qualifies for free delivery, it will appear as an option at checkout.
• 3. Complete Order
  Choose ‘Free Local Delivery’ from the delivery options. Follow the rest of the checkout process to complete your order.
• 4. Email Confirmation
  You will receive an Order Confirmation Email from The Pet Food Market to confirm your order is placed.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
Orders will be processed and delivered to you within 5 working days of your order being placed. We will contact you to agree a time slot.

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
Deliveries will be dropped outside your door. The driver will knock your door or ring your bell. They will take a photo of the goods outside your door if nobody comes to the door.

If you prefer, you can nominate a safe place for the driver to put the goods, just enter the information in the additional shipping box. Alternatively, you can leave a note attached to your front door instructing the driver where the goods should be left.
