HOME DELIVERY – DELIVERY BY COURIER
We use DPD to deliver within the Island of Ireland and the United Kingdom. DPD have a tracking system that allows you to track your delivery and are market leaders with a next day delivery success rate of 98%. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number and information on how to track your parcel. Please follow this link for DPD tracking.

Parcels under 2kgs will be sent via Royal Mail in NI and the UK.

COST OF DELIVERY
On Orders under 30kg in weight there will be a delivery charge of £4.99 to NI and £5.99 to ROI. In cases where these orders exceed 30kg in weight an additional delivery charge of £4.99 to NI and £5.99 to ROI will be applied at checkout.

Delivery on orders to NI & GB that are under 2kg will be charged at £2.99 and despatched using Royal Mail.

UK mainland delivery is charged at £9.50 (Up to 30kg) within our standard delivery areas. An additional fee of £9.50 will be applied at checkout to orders over 30kg in weight.

An additional surcharge of £15 will apply to the following postcodes outside our standard delivery area , AB44, AB45,AB54, AB56, IV1- IV28, IV30- IV32, , IV36, IV40, IV41- IV49, IV51, , IV52-IV54, IV55- IV56, IV63, , PH27, PH35-PH50, HS, , KA27- KA28, KW1- KW14 KW15- KW17, PA20, PA21- PA38 PA41- PA49, PA60- PA78, PH42- PH44, ZE, IM.

Your delivery cost will be calculated in the shopping cart based on the weight of your chosen products and postcode. Checkout will only process orders with a combined weight of no more than 90kgs. For orders over 90kgs please contact us to arrange delivery.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
Orders will be processed and dispatched to you the day you order (with exceptions to weekends and bank holidays). We will contact you if we are out of stock of any item(s) ordered that may cause a delay.

If your order has not arrived within the specified time please contact us as soon as possible so we can contact our couriers and locate your parcel. 

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
For orders over 2kg in weight, we use DPD. We’ve done this to provide you with more control over how you want your items delivered.

Leave Safe Delivery Option – Select ‘Leave Safe’ if you think you won’t be in when the parcel arrives. If you do not provide leave safe instructions, then the driver will leave your parcel at their discretion. By nominating a safe place, you accept responsibility once it is left at your property.

Signed For Delivery Option – The driver will attempt to hand you the parcel. If you aren’t in, you can provide instructions via the links in the delivery confirmation email DPD will send you both the day before your delivery and on the morning of your delivery. You can also provide instructions via the DPD app.

The DPD App – If you choose to use the DPD app, you’ll have greater control over your delivery options. Download the app to be able to: specify which neighbours to deliver to if you’re out, specify a leave safe location, redirect your parcel to a participating local store, take a photo of your house to help the driver identify it, take a photo of where you’d like the driver to leave your parcel (leave safe). You’ll can download the DPD app from your phone or tablets app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).

Downloading the app is optional. DPD will also email you on the morning of delivery to confirm your delivery slot. This email will contain a link for you to adjust your delivery on their website.

Please note that you can download the app at any time to set your default preferences. To specify different preferences for an order you’ve just placed with us, you’ll need to wait until your order has been packed and sent on to DPD before it shows up in their system.

Please check your delivery settings prior to making an order, as DPD may default to your last chosen safe place.

PALLET DELIVERY
If you would like to ship items in larger weights, please call us on 07725607063 or email info@thepetfoodmarket.com outlining your requirements and we will do our best to make suitable arrangements for delivery.

RETURNS, NON-DELIVERY, DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS
For non-delivery call us on 07725607063 or email info@thepetfoodmarket.com within 7 days and we will try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

We take great care packing your order to avoid damages. Please advise us immediately if you have received a damaged/faulty item and we will rectify the problem as soon as possible. Should you receive a damaged/faulty item please take photos of the parcel in the exact same condition it arrived to you in and email them back to us. We may require the items back, so please keep them until you hear back from us. If we do require the items we will organise for a courier to come and collect them. If you are unable to provide proof of damage we may be unable to refund or resend. Unfortunately we are unable to refund or replace food products once they have been opened.

In the unlikely event that you have been sent the wrong item please contact us immediately. Leave the parcel in the exact condition it arrived and post it back to us or we will arrange for collection with our courier. We will send you a new item immediately. We are unable to send you out a replacement if you have opened the package. So please make sure to check your order before opening.
